Inexpensive cut. Shoulder chop. Leave it to the ethnic (myself included) to find other ways to cut meat and they are delicious cheap options to buy. For a pack of two chops it’s an average price of $4/lb. I buy them at Key Food. I’m not sure where the lamb is from BUT it is cheap and if you’re concerned about where your meat is sourced, this may not be for you. Everyone else, get creative with these kinds of cuts since they cook quickly and if done right make a great meal. I pan sear mine with salt and pepper and finish with a few sprigs rosemary.
Some things aren’t as useless as you’d think: yellow submarine ice cubes. Dual purpose of making you hum a catchy famous song and keeping your drink cold.
